The Ice Cream Girls TV Adaptation



I loved The Ice Cream Girls and this afternoon Dorothy Koomson announced on Twitter that ITV are making it into a three parter in 2013. I can't wait! The book is fantastic so I'm really really hoping they do it justice.

    I have never heard of the book, but I may see if I can find out more about to see if I would like it. How exciting for the author!

      I thought it was a great book but be warned, it's not light and fluffy like the cover and title suggests. There's some pretty dark themes.

    I don't think I've read this one, I read 'Marshmallows for Tea', which I enjoyed will have to check it out.

      I'd definitely recommend The Ice Cream Girls. And perhaps have a tissue to hand.
